新型コロナウイルス罹患の可能性がある患者に対し、

と言ってます。
やむを得ないとはいえ、厳しい現実です・・・

言いたいことは上記内容と同じ。

と言ってます。
ところで、
在宅血液透析(HHD)を行う私が、もし新型コロナウイルスの罹患が疑われたら、
専門の医療施設に収容されるも、透析のために一旦帰宅するのでしょうか？？
それはそれで問題ありそうですね。
第二パラグラフ

要するに、潜伏期間のことですかね。
inoculumはちょっと理解しずらい。
動詞形のinoculateは、
to give a weak form of a disease to a person or animal, usually by injection, as a protection against that disease
とあるので、予防接種をイメージしてしまいますが、
ここでは「予防」は無視して「接種」だけで意味をとらえると、
なんとかイメージできるか。

compromisedは形容詞で、

これを見ると、compromisedだけで免疫不全を表してそうなので、
免疫+免疫不全
と、重複してそうですが、くどくど考えず、要するに
免疫不全
という意味でしょう。
第三パラグラフ

としたほうが、イメージしやすいかと。

中国、イラン、イタリア、韓国他、
