Terms of Service - Flixfox

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Flixfox service provided by the Flixfox Team. By downloading, installing or using Flixfox on your Android Devices (6.0+), PCs (via emulators: BlueStacks, NoxPlayer), FireSticks, Smart TVs or iOS through authorized third party methods, you agree to all these terms and conditions and applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using Flixfox.

1. Grant of Limited Non-Commercial License

You are granted a revocable, limited license to use Flixfox for non-commercial, personal use only. This license includes access to the following features: multilingual subtitles, Chromecast support, adaptive streaming, video content optimized for different screen sizes, downloading and offline viewing options for select content, live TV channels, and sports streaming (IPTV service provided by Hotstar) – including both international and domestic leagues, popular comedy shows and tournaments.

The service may not be used for commercial purposes, public screenings, selling access to the platform, or monetizing any content available on Flixfox.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which include violations of applicable law and these Terms:

Modifying, tampering with, reverse-engineering, or manipulating the App’s code or in-app features;

Violating copyright laws, including stealing, distributing, or reproducing copyrighted content (unless explicit permission is obtained from the copyright holder);

Transmitting or sharing inappropriate content through the Flixfox platform;

Modifying the Flixfox APK to access the service without downloading it from approved sources;

Breaching India’s streaming laws and digital content piracy laws (including those related to copyrighted video material).

3. Copyright & Third-Party Content Ownership

All content on Flixfox – including TV shows, movies, web series, and sports broadcasts – is the exclusive property of their respective rights holders. No ownership rights to the App, any content on the platform, or related materials are granted to you; Flixfox solely makes such content more accessible to users.

Downloaded content is for offline use only within the Flixfox App or on the device it was downloaded to. Such content may not be shared, distributed, or retained on any other system or device. Flixfox is not the source of third-party content on the platform, and is not sponsored or endorsed by any third party in connection with such copyrighted material, except as explicitly noted in these Terms.

4. Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Flixfox is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied guarantees or warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free streaming, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with any specific device. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend any App functionality or new features at any time without prior notice.

Use of Flixfox is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for any potential damage, loss, or issues incurred while using the App – including buffering, content unavailability, and device-related problems.

5. Termination of Access

If you breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable Indian law, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Flixfox immediately. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all files downloaded through Flixfox. Provisions related to copyright, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of your access.

6. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to the Flixfox service. We may revise these Terms from time to time; all such changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Flixfox after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
