This disclaimer applies to the use of Flixfox (Version v2.0.8), operated by the Flixfox Team. It explains the type of information we collect for our services and how we limit our liability concerning the content available on the Flixfox platform. The terms below apply to your use of our main features – free streaming, unlimited downloads, and HD quality videos – including all features referenced herein, as well as any features you may use outside the app when you download, install, or use Flixfox (available on compatible devices with Android 6.0 or above).

1. Service Nature: Flixfox as an Intermediary

Flixfox acts solely as an intermediary, designed to simplify access to content available online. All content (movie links, web series, or live videos) available on the app is hosted on third-party sources; we do not host any copyrighted content ourselves. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party.

Content availability is subject to third-party restrictions and may change at any time without warning due to copyright claims, technical limitations, and/or licensing issues. We cannot guarantee that specific titles will be available at any given time.

2. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, there is no warranty for Flixfox (Version v2.0.8). The app is provided "as is" and "as available." All warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.

Please note that we cannot always provide assistance based on unconstructive feedback; nor can we assist you if you report an issue solely in reviews without providing contact information, as we will have no way to reach you regarding exaggerated one-star reviews. 3. User Risks & Responsibilities

The following risks are your sole responsibility when using Flixfox:

(1) Downloading APK files may pose security risks — we strongly advise downloading the app only from our official website to avoid malware, phishing sites, or pirated versions;

(2) Device compatibility issues — Flixfox works best on devices running Android 6.0 or later, PCs via emulators, FireStick, and Smart TVs, but we are not liable if you are unable to run the app on your hardware or software;

We also reserve the right to revise this disclaimer regularly. We will notify you of any changes, along with the updated effective date of the policy. Your continued use of the app after these changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.

6. Exceptions to Liability Limitation

Nothing in this disclaimer will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or (d) exclude any liabilities of our dealers and vendors that may not be excluded under applicable law.
